PLANNING COMMISSION
The Planning Commission is responsible for making and adopting a Comprehensive Plan for the township's land use development. The Planning Commission sets reasonable restrictions on land use through the Zoning Ordinance that provides for the health, safety, and welfare of township citizens and property owners.
All Planning Commission expenditures and changes to the Zoning Ordinance & Comprehensive Plan are subject to approval by the Board of Trustees.
The Planning Commission Regular Meetings are open to the public, and are held at 7:00 pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the Clark Township Hall.

This Nonpoint Source Pollution Control project has been funded in part through the Michigan Nonpoint Source Program by the United States Environmental Protection Agency under assistance agreement 2006-0109 to Chippewa/East Mackinac Conservation District for the Les Cheneaux Watershed Implementation Project.
